The Trustfy Protocol
Trustfy is a decentralized, non-custodial escrow protocol running on BNB Smart Chain — not a company that holds your money. This page exists so you don’t have to take that on faith: every contract is published below, linked to the block explorer, for anyone to read and verify.
Verify everything on-chain
Every contract Trustfy runs on, deployed on BSC Testnet (Chain ID 97). Click through to the block explorer to read the deployed bytecode and transaction history directly — nothing here is asserted, only linked.
Escrow
TrustfyEscrowV3
Holds every trade's USDT, bonds, and fees until settlement. No withdraw function exists — funds only ever move per the rules below.

EconomicParameters
Bond percentages, fee percentages, referral share, and timing windows — read live by the app before every deposit, never hardcoded. Owned directly by the platform's Super Admin wallet; every change is an on-chain transaction, never a direct database write.

USDT (BEP20)
The stablecoin traded on Trustfy. Not deployed by Trustfy — the canonical BEP20 USDT contract on BNB Smart Chain.

Permit2
A widely used, independently audited signing standard. Lets one wallet signature authorize a full deposit instead of several.

From offer to settlement, every step is a signed on-chain action — not a database row.
Match
A taker matches an open offer. Both sides lock their bond — Ad Bond for the maker, Matching Bond for the taker — plus a Dispute Bond, via one Permit2 signature.
Fund Trade Amount
The seller locks the Trade Amount in the smart contract. Until then, the buyer sends no fiat.
I Have Paid
Once funded, the buyer sends local currency directly to the seller, then confirms with one click.
Confirm & Release
The seller verifies the fiat landed and releases in one click — the contract sends the funds and returns both bonds.
Protocol guarantees
What the protocol enforces
- Escrow before payment. Payment details stay hidden until escrow is funded — you can never pay into an unfunded trade.
- Bilateral bonds. Both sides lock a dispute bond. Acting in bad faith has a real, forfeitable cost.
- Private by default. Payment details, chat, and evidence are visible only to trade participants — not to Trustfy staff.
- Independent arbitration. Disputes are ruled by arbitrators barred from all trading, to stay impartial.
What Trustfy cannot do
- ✕Seize funds already in the escrow contract — they're yours; we hold no key.
- ✕Manually release escrow — release is a contract call, not a database update.
- ✕Resolve disputes directly — only an authorized, non-staff arbitrator can rule.
- ✕View private dispute evidence — visible only to participants and the assigned arbitrator.
- ✕Reverse a completed trade — on-chain settlement is final.
Governance & roles
Every role in the protocol is scoped narrowly, and none of them can touch escrowed funds directly.
Administrators
Manage platform configuration, payment rails, and the arbitrator whitelist. Cannot resolve disputes, view private evidence, or touch escrow.
Arbitrators
Administratively appointed and authorized on-chain, separate from platform staff, and barred from trading. Paid from the losing party's bond — never from escrow.
Direct On-Chain Governance
Bond %, fee %, and timing-window changes are direct transactions on the EconomicParameters contract linked above — never a direct database write.
Where the protocol is used
76 markets live today. Payment rails are user-selected on each offer — Trustfy does not endorse or intermediate any specific rail.
